How do I select my snacks?

Our curated products are divided simply into main categories. From these you can select a minimum of five types of snacks which suit you best and we do the rest. As our selection grows more options wil appear, some healthy and some naughty.

When will I receive my FoodHappy box?

Your very first order will arrive the following Tuesday-Thursday as long as you become a member before 11pm on Sunday, otherwise it will arrive a week on Tuesday-Thursday. From then on expect your FoodHappy box weekly between Tuesday and Thursday. We utilise HongKong Post for delivery and due to delays some may arrive on Friday. Please refer to our schedule on the help page.

How much does a FoodHappy box cost?

The standard price of a FoodHappy box is HK$60 to HK$62 depending on how much in advance you pay. $62 is the price if you pay weekly, for example. If you have a discount code be sure to use it to get discount either on your first box or multiple boxes!

When will I get billed?

Recurring payments will occur every Wednesday (4pm onwards). You can delay/cancel deliveries at any time before Wednesday 3pm (Hong Kong time) for the following weeks order. This will be simply shown in your login area.

Will I be receiving the same food every week?

No, each box will contain items selected at random based on your preferences (we don't want you to get bored with the same food). To update your preferences, simply log into your account anytime. We continuously add new foods and drinks to our stock to ensure you always taste new flavours from around the world!

I’m on holiday, how do I pause my order?

Inside your account you can ‘delay’ your order so you don’t get billed when your away or risk having a FoodHappy box delivered in your absence. Alternatively you could always send it as a gift to someone else while you’re away. Brighten your friend’s day!

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to addresses within Hong Kong SAR, China (Hongkong Post coverage areas). We hope to expand to more cities soon, please contact us for more information.

Can I send the box as a gift?

Lovely idea, we make this easy for you. Order in the normal way and just add a 'Gift Message' when given the option.

I have a dietary or food allergy condition?

At this time all our products are prepared and packed in the same environment so we can not guarantee nor fulfil any dietary or allergy requirements.

Delivery – we aim to deliver your box every Tuesday. Some boxes may arrive on Wednesday/Thursday depending on public holidays and postal service delays.


Change food selection – You can change the food and drink categories you want to receive in next week’s box up until Wednesday 3pm.
Recurring payment – all subscriptions based on recurring billing will be billed Wednesday from 4pm in advance for the following Tuesday delivery.
Change address – Please change or amend any delivery addresses before Wednesday 10pm.
Pause/suspend – If you need to pause your delivery for next week or more, please do this before Wednesday 3pm to avoid delivery or payment for the following Tuesday.


Report lost – If you did not receive your box, please follow the reported lost process and contact us before Friday 6pm.


New customers – You can sign up and pay as a weekly subscriber or pay in advance before Sunday 23:59 to ensure you receive your first box on the coming Tuesday. For recurring billing subscribers you next billing day will be every Wednesday onwards.

Public Holidays

Where a Public holiday occurs we will commence with the above schedule on the next working day unless otherwise stated. Please refer to any notifications we send via email or ‘Latest updates’ above.

Recurring payment customers

For customers who have subscribed to a weekly or 4 weekly recurring payment, transactions will be actioned every Wednesday from 4pm until the time a customer pauses or suspends. You can pause/ or suspend your subscription at any time in your user account, the pause/suspend status will show in your account and take effect based on the 'schedule' above.

Pay in advance customers

Customers who have paid in advance, we take your payment once only and will not automatically take further payments.

Your Credit Card statement

All payments will be processed through Paypal Inc, and display 'NETSIMPLE' (our parent company) or 'FOODHAPPY' on your statement. You do not need a Paypal account to make ‘pay in advance’ options, However for any type of recurring subscription you will need to register for a Paypal account (this is made easy during the Get Started process). We have made this process as seamless as possible during the sign up process. We are continually looking to improve our payment options where available.
